Each methodology upgrade involves
a different mix of training, design services,

specialized tools. This mix depends on your existing tool

Methodology Evaluation:
Initially, we will provide a
methodology evaluation in a discussion with your design
team
leaders. Sessions are moderated by ICCE with the goal of
understanding,
identifying and prioritizing key methodology improvement
areas.
The length of this discussion is
flexible but it generally runs two to three days.
Information will be captured and converted into proposals
for methodology
improvements as well as a basis for training programs for the rest of the design team.
